Return & Exchange Policy
At JI Perfume, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take care to pack and dispatch every order with attention to quality. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
No Returns or Exchanges
JI Perfume does not accept general returns or exchanges.
Once an order has been successfully delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer requires the product.
However, exceptions may be considered for products that are damaged during delivery or incorrectly delivered.
Eligible Issues
You may contact us if:
👉 You received a damaged product.
👉 You received an incorrect product that does not match your order.
👉 The product has been damaged during shipping or delivery.
Requests for reasons other than those listed above may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:
👉 Your order number.
👉 Details of the issue.
👉 Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
👉 An unboxing video, if available.
👉 Any other information requested by our support team for verification.
Our team will review the information provided and determine the appropriate resolution.
If the issue is approved, JI Perfume may offer a replacement or another suitable resolution, subject to product availability and verification.
Important for Damaged Orders
Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package, showing the outer packaging, shipping label, and product inside.
An unboxing video may help us verify damage or incorrect-product claims and may be requested by our customer support team.
Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us with your order details and photographs of the received product.
After verification, JI Perfume may arrange a replacement with the correct product, subject to availability.
Refunds
Since JI Perfume does not accept general returns or exchanges, refunds are not normally provided for change-of-mind requests or other non-eligible reasons.
If a damaged or incorrect product claim is approved and a refund is determined to be the appropriate resolution, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.
The time taken for a refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or payment provider.
Non-Eligible Cases
The following situations are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
👉 Change of mind after placing an order.
👉 Ordering the wrong product or fragrance.
👉 No longer wanting the product.
👉 Products that have been opened or used, unless the issue is a verified delivery-related damage or incorrect-product claim.
👉 Damage caused by the customer after delivery.
👉 Normal product characteristics that are not considered defects.
👉 Claims that cannot be reasonably verified.
Any request that does not fall under the damaged or incorrect-product exceptions described in this policy.
Inspection & Approval
All damaged or incorrect-product claims are subject to verification by the JI Perfume team.
JI Perfume reserves the right to approve or reject a claim based on the information provided, photographs/videos, order details, product condition, and other relevant circumstances.
The final resolution will be determined after reviewing the claim.
